Mini vegan chocolate cake

Ingredients

 

Cake

4 drops English Toffee Sweet Drops®, 2 oz

½ scoop vanilla protein powder

2 tbsp cocoa powder

¼ cup milk

¼ cup water

3 tbsp coconut flour

Cinnamon and vanilla extract, to taste

 

Topping

3 drops English Toffee Sweet Drops®, 2 oz

2 tbsp cocoa powder

Water to desired consistency

Crushed walnut, optional

Directions

Blend all ingredients. Add to a microwavable bowl. Microwave for four minutes.

Mix topping ingredients and add to chocolate cake.
