Pumpkin Spice Protein Donuts | SweetLeaf®

Ingredients

  • 7-10 drops SweetLeaf® Liquid Stevia Pumpkin Spice Sweet Drops™ 
  • 4 scoops collagen protein, unflavored
  • 15 oz. can pumpkin purée
  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 2 eggs and 1 egg white
  • 2 Tbsp. coconut butter, melted
  • 4 Tbsp. lite coconut milk or any nut-based milk
  • 1 tsp. maple extract
  • 1 tsp. baking powder 
  • Optional Topping
  • Cashew butter
  • Directions

    Mix all ingredients well until a thick dough is formed.  

    Form into seven donuts and place on a baking sheet. Bake for approximately 25 minutes at 350 degrees F. Drizzle with optional cashew butter.
