Ingredients

  • 3/4 tsp. SweetLeaf® 2-oz. Liquid Stevia Pumpkin Spice Sweet Drops™
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup almond milk, unsweetened
  • 3/4 cup brewed coffee, chilled
  • 4 tsp. chia seeds
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup pecans, chopped and roasted
  • Directions

    Combine the oats, almond milk, coffee, chia seeds, vanilla, Pumpkin Spice Sweet Drops, and salt in a container and mix to combine. Cover and let sit in the refrigerator overnight.

    When ready to serve, top the oatmeal with the roasted pecans and enjoy!
