Pumpkin Spice Hot Chocolate with Whipped Cream | SweetLeaf®

Ingredients

Hot Chocolate
  • 1/2 tsp. SweetLeaf® 2-oz. Liquid Stevia Pumpkin Spice Sweet Drops™
  • 2 cups almond milk, unsweetened
  • 2 Tbsp. and 2 tsp. cocoa powder
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, ground
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • Whipped Cream
  • 2 drops SweetLeaf® 50ml Liquid Stevia Coconut Sweet Drops™
  • 2 drops SweetLeaf® 50ml Liquid Stevia Vanilla Sweet Drops™
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Directions

    Measure the almond milk, Pumpkin Spice Sweet Drops, and vanilla extract in a medium pot and bring to a simmer. In a separate bowl, measure the remaining dry ingredients and whisk to combine.

    Add the dry ingredients to the pot and whisk frequently until the mixture is smooth.

    To make the whipped cream, combine all whipped cream ingredients in a mixing bowl and whip on medium speed until cream has thickened to stiff peaks.

    Divide hot chocolate into two mugs and top with whipped cream and a dusting of cocoa powder. Store the remaining whipped cream in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
