Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8×8-inch pan; set aside.
Add SweetLeaf® SugarLeaf®, SweetLeaf® Liquid Stevia Vanilla Crème Sweet Drops™, coconut oil, and salt to a large bowl and mix until evenly blended.
Add cocoa powder and mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, blending well after each addition.
Add Paleo flour mix (almond flour and coconut flour), chocolate chips, and almonds (if using) and mix until evenly blended.
Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until sides start to pull away from pan.
Remove from oven and cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into squares. Store in tightly covered container at room temperature.
Top with coconut shreds, if desired.
