• 1 cup softened avocado oil butter
  • ½ cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • ¼ cup raw honey
  • 45 drops SweetLeaf® Liquid Stevia English Toffee Sweet Drops™
  • ½ tsp. baking powder
  • ½ tsp. baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1½ cups flour
  • Glaze
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 30-40 drops SweetLeaf® Liquid Stevia Vanilla Crème OR English Toffee Sweet Drops™
  • 2 Tbsp. oat milk, or milk substitute of choice
  • Optional
  • 1-2 packs candy eyes
  • Directions


    In a large bowl, beat all cookie ingredients—except flour—with an electric mixer on medium speed, 1-2 minutes. 

    Add flour, ½ cup at a time, beating until combined. Chill for 30 minutes. 

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Roll heaping tablespoons of dough into balls and place 2 inches apart on a lined cookie sheet.

    Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before glazing.


    Add the glaze ingredients to a medium bowl and stir until combined. 

    Place 2 optional candy eyes on the top half of each cookie. 

    Dip a fork into glaze and drizzle glaze over each cookie using side-to-side motion. 

    Let glaze set on cookies for 15 minutes before serving.
