Mini Vegan Chocolate Cake | SweetLeaf®

Ingredients

Cake
  • ½ scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ¼ cup water
  • 3 Tbsp. coconut flour
  • 3-4 drops SweetLeaf® Liquid Stevia English Toffee Sweet Drops™
  • Cinnamon and vanilla extract, to taste
  • Topping
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 2-3 drops SweetLeaf 2-oz. Liquid Stevia English Toffee Sweet Drops
  • Add water to desired consistency
  • Add crushed walnuts (optional)
  • Directions

    Blend all ingredients. Add to a microwavable bowl. Microwave for four minutes.

    Mix topping ingredients and add to chocolate cake.
