Ingredients

  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ tsp. baking powder
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp. SweetLeaf® Stevia Sweetener
  • ½ cup egg whites
  • 1 tsp. cooking oil
  • 1/3 cup Gluten Free flour (or any flour of choice)
  • Directions

    Blend all ingredients in a blender on high speed.

    Pour ¼ cup of mixture into an oiled frying pan. Cook on both sides until golden brown.

    Repeat until all batter is used.
