Ingredients
7-10 drops Pumpkin Spice Sweet Drops®, 2 oz
4 scoops collagen protein, unflavored
15 oz can pumpkin puree
1 cup coconut flour
2 eggs
1 egg white
2 tbsp coconut butter, melted
4 tbsp lite coconut milk or any nut-based milk
1 tsp maple extract
1 tsp baking powder
Cashew butter, optional
Directions
Mix all ingredients well until a thick dough is formed.
Form into seven donuts and place on a baking sheet. Bake for approximately 25 minutes at 350 degrees F. Drizzle with optional cashew butter.
