Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

1 packet Organic Stevia Sweetener, 70 packets

One scoop vegan vanilla protein

1 egg

1 ripe banana

Mini chocolate chips

¼ cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice

Sugar-Free Stevia Syrup, Maple

Directions

  • Mash up the banana with a fork, then mix in the egg, vegan protein powder, unsweetened milk, SweetLeaf Stevia Packet and mini chocolate chips.
  • Once the batter is a pancake consistency you are ready to scoop out a quarter cup scoop into a greased or sprayed (we like avocado oil spray) frying pan. 
  • Set the heat on medium, wait for bubbles to start forming in the pan, then flip the pancakes until both sides are golden brown and you are ready to enjoy!
  • Top with fresh fruit and a drizzle of SweetLeaf sugar free maple syrup for the ultimate protein pancake breakfast!
