Low-carb blueberry protein smoothie bowl

Ingredients

½ tsp Berry Sweet Drops®, 2 oz

1 cup almond milk, unsweetened

1 scoop whey protein powder or collagen peptides

1/3 cup blueberries, frozen

½ tbsp MCT oil or coconut oil

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

½ cup ice

¼ tsp xanthan gum, to thicken

Optional toppings: chopped nuts, hemp seeds, chia seeds, or fresh berries

Directions

Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust Sweet Drops, if needed. Pour into a bowl and add your favorite toppings!
