Tiramisu Cream

Tiramisu Cream | SweetLeaf®

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. mascarpone
  • 1/8 cup SugarLeaf® or 5 packets SweetLeaf® Stevia Sweetener
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 tsp. ground instant coffee
  • Prepared angel food cake
  • 1 oz. semi-sweet chocolate bar, for grating

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and set aside. Meanwhile cut the angel food cake into bite-sized squares. In a shot glass, layer the angel food cake bites with a dollop of tiramisu, a pinch of instant, ground coffee, and chocolate bar gratings.
