SugarLeaf® Cinnamon Fried Bananas

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 Tbsp. SugarLeaf®
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • Cooking spray


Slice banana into rounds. Set bananas aside.

In a separate bowl, mix SugarLeaf®, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Incorporate well.

Lightly coat frying pan with cooking spray and place on cooktop set to medium heat. Once the pan is warm, add banana rounds. After 2-3 minutes of cooking, sprinkle the SugarLeaf® and spice mixture over the bananas. Flip and repeat.

Enjoy these fried bananas with ice cream, whipped cream, or on their own!
