Lemon Poppy Seed Bread

Stevia Lemon Poppy Seed Bread | SweetLeaf®

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Grease 1 medium loaf pan. In a bowl, combine flours, salt, and baking powder with a whisk. Beat room temperature butter with a hand mixer until fluffy, about 1 to 2 minutes. Add SweetLeaf® Liquid Stevia Vanilla Crème Sweet Drops, SweetLeaf® Liquid Stevia Lemon Drop Sweet Drops, eggs, milk, lemon juice, zest, and extract to butter. Hand mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Fold in poppy seeds. Place the batter in the prepared pan and bake for 25 to 35 minutes. Makes 1 medium loaf.
