Raspberry White Chocolate Macadamia Cookies
- 1/3 cup egg whites
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp. SweetLeaf® Stevia Sweetener
- 1/4 cup apple sauce, unsweetened
- 3/4 cup oats
- 5 macadamia nuts, crushed
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 2 Tbsp. white chocolate chips
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- Dash of salt
- 2 Tbsp. coconut flour
- 2 Tbsp. almond meal
- 1 scoop protein powder, vanilla
Preheat oven to 360 degrees F. Mix egg whites, milk, and unsweetened apple sauce in a small bowl.
In a separate bowl mix together dry ingredients—SweetLeaf® Stevia Sweetener, oats, macadamia nuts, raspberries, white chocolate chips, baking soda, baking powder, salt, coconut flour, almond meal, and protein powder. Add the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix well.
Scoop and place on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
