- 12 packets SweetLeaf® Organic Stevia Sweetener
- 1 can crescent dough sheet
- 2 eggs
- 15 oz (1 can) pumpkin puree
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Line an 11-by-7-inch pan with cooking parchment paper, leaving about 1 to 2 inches of excess paper hanging over the sides of the pan.
Unroll a crescent dough sheet along the bottom of the pan, pressing with fingers across the bottom and up the sides. Set aside.
In large bowl, beat eggs, pumpkin puree, whipping cream, Organic Stevia, corn syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and salt with whisk until smooth and well blended. Pour mixture into pan over dough.
Bake on middle rack for 45 to 50 minutes, or until center is set. Remove from oven and place on a cooling rack. Cool completely, about 90 minutes.
Using the excess paper, lift from pan. Cut and garnish to liking. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
