Pre-Workout Smoothie | SweetLeaf®



Add unsweetened almond milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon powder, and SweetLeaf® Liquid Stevia Berry Sweet Drops™ to a blender.

Next, place blueberries, strawberries, and kale in blender. Blend ingredients together and enjoy.

    I have used Sweetleaf for years, but I just found this website full of recipes that sound wonderful! Thank you! But I need some help with this one. Please give me a starting point for how much to add to this recipe. I really hate it when there’s no hint about even a range. Since too much stevia really doesn’t taste good, but I do like some added sweetness, I need a clue how much to try.

      We suggest you start out with a single serving of the Sweet Drops, which is five drops. From there, you can always add more if needed.
