Minty Green Protein Shake
This protein shake is sugar-free and full of protein and fiber that will keep you satisfied until your next meal. The green color might be something to get used to, but the taste is one that you won’t want to miss!
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 cup spinach, fresh
- 1 scoop whey protein powder
- 1/2 cup almond milk, unsweetened
- 10 to 12 drops of SweetLeaf® Liquid Stevia Peppermint Sweet Drops™
- 1/4 tsp. peppermint extract
- 1 cup ice
- Optional: cacao nibs
Place avocado, spinach, protein powder and milk in a blender and blend until smooth. Add the SweetLeaf® Liquid Stevia Peppermint Sweet Drops™, extract, and ice, and blend until thick. Taste and adjust stevia, as needed.
