Mango-Melon Salsa

Stevia Mango-Melon Salsa | SweetLeaf®

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup melon cantaloupe, diced
  • 1 cup mango, fresh, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 serrano (or milder) chili, seeded and minced
  • 1 Tbsp. mint, fresh, shredded
  • Juice of 1 lime, fresh
  • 1/2 cup pineapple, diced
  • 1 tsp. ginger, ground
  • 1 Tbsp. cilantro, fresh, chopped
  • 10 drops SweetLeaf® Liquid Stevia Lemon Drop Sweet Drops
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate before serving. Makes 2 cups.
