Low-Sugar Single Serve Pumpkin Pie Ice Cream
Traditional pumpkin pie flavor as ice cream, but made low-sugar and low-carb. This creamy, soft serve style ice cream is a perfect fall seasonal treat for one or increase the recipe and share with family and friends on Thanksgiving with sugar-free pumpkin pie! Best if enjoyed immediately!
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup almond milk, unsweetened
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp. SweetLeaf® Liquid Stevia Pumpkin Spice Sweet Drops™
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- Pinch salt
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend on low until just combined. Pour mixture into an ice cream machine and follow manufacturers instructions. Enjoy immediately.
