Creamy Peanut Butter Banana Oats
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup egg whites
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla protein powder
- 1 Tbsp. crunchy peanut butter (or use an almost empty jar)
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- SweetLeaf® Liquid Stevia Vanilla Crème Sweet Drops™ to taste and sweetness
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
- Sugar-free pancake syrup
Cook oats in water. Add egg whites when oats are almost done, stir well, and then let finish cooking until thick.
Place cooked oat mixture in in an almost empty crunchy peanut butter jar and add in all the remaining ingredients, except the banana. Place banana slices on top and enjoy.
