Cinnamon Crunch Apple Crisp

Stevia Cinnamon Crunch Apple Crisp | SweetLeaf®

Ingredients:

  • 3 packets SweetLeaf® Stevia Sweetener
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup whole-wheat flour
  • 1 scoop cinnamon-flavored protein powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup low-fat margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. coconut oil
  • 3 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 lbs. apples, sliced

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.  Combine all ingredients, except apples, in a bowl.  

Coat a baking dish with coconut oil and pour apple slices into it. Top with crumbled mixture and bake for 35-40 minutes. Enjoy!
