WATER UP! – Keep hydration fun & healthy

Why is a sweetener company writing about hydration? Simply because juices, sodas and energy/sports drinks are a prime source of sugar, which many of our readers are trying to avoid. With our bodies being 60 percent to 70 percent water, hydration is still a must. (Trust us on this, we’re based in Arizona.)
